Located in the peaceful surroundings of North Somerset, this bespoke oak-framed garden annex was thoughtfully designed and constructed as a dedicated yoga studio for a private client.
One of the studio’s most striking features is the fully glazed gable and return walls, which allow natural light to flood the space throughout the day. This design not only enhances the sense of openness but also strengthens the connection between the studio and its natural surroundings.
Internally, the high collared truss—complete with gracefully curved queen posts and exposed purlins—adds immediate architectural character. The natural oak structure creates a warm, calming ambiance, while the vaulted ceiling amplifies the light and airy feel, ideal for yoga and meditation.
