A partnership model is a rewarding experience and ultimately it empowers the whole team to bring fresh ideas and energy to every project that passes through the workshop. Shared ownership has also brought shared values of integrity, passion for design, craftsmanship, and commitment to service; so that everyone we work with has a positive experience.
Adrian, Graham, Rupert and Sam are the management team and have worked together successfully for over 15 years to deliver traditional green oak timber frames and encapsulation systems to customers across the UK and Europe. Westwind Oak is 100% employee owned so all 14 of our team take a share in the company’s success.
